Acting as an Interim Commercial Director for NHS Trusts- the MD of Athene Medical Solutions Ltd has acted as Executive Lead on projects involving: Income Generation, Financial Turnaround, aspects of preparing an integrated business plan for Foundation Trust application. Due diligence as part of selecting third party operators for the operational management of NHS facilities, contract negotiation, negotiation of service level agreements, strategic review, review of 3 and 5 year business plans. Development of a marketing strategy.
Over 20 years of Bioscience and Healthcare industry experience encompassing:
- Marketing and Sales programme development to attract new customers
- Clinical Service Development for PCTs and Acute Trusts
- Appraisal and advice on healthcare strategy for private clinics and hospitals
- Operational management of Private Patient facilities for teaching hospitals

- Development of business plans for groups of medical & surgical consultants
- Marketing of private clinics and review of their strategy
- Analysis of financial position and development of commercial agreements
